Find answers to common questions about the SoftMaji onboarding process.

This portal is designed to streamline the digital joining experience for new team members at SoftMaji. It allows you to submit professional details, upload necessary compliance documents, and track your onboarding status in real-time.
Navigate to the Submit Application section. Complete all required fields across the multi-step form, upload your documents, and verify your identity via the Email OTP system before final submission.
You are required to provide: Aadhaar Card (Front & Back), PAN Card, 10th & 12th Marksheets, Highest Degree Certificates, Address Proof, and a Cancelled Cheque for salary processing.
Documents must be in PDF, JPG, or PNG format. Each file size must not exceed 5MB. Ensure all scans are clear and text is legible to avoid rejection.
Once registered, log in to your Candidate Dashboard. The dashboard provides a live overview of your document verification status and any pending actions required by HR.
If a document is marked as "Re-upload Needed", check the admin notes for the specific reason. You can re-upload the corrected file directly from your dashboard without re-submitting the entire application.
