By accessing and using the SoftMaji InfoTech Candidate Onboarding Portal ("Portal"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Portal.

The Portal is provided for the sole purpose of allowing prospective candidates to submit their personal information, documents, and other details required for the employee onboarding process at SoftMaji InfoTech ("Company").

• You must notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
